Ingredients:
- Salmon cuts - 4
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Spring Onions - 1/2 cup (finely sliced)
- Cherry Tomatoes - 8 (each diced into 4 pieces)
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Herbs
- Coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Mint leaves - 8
- Parsley - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients (including the olive oil and lemon juice mixed in step 1) to it. (Add 1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder to each parcel).
- Wrap the parcels nicely and place it in a grill on medium-high flame for 10 minutes.
- Open the parcels and serve hot with rice.
Notes:
- You can use herbs of your choice.
- If the fish is straight out of the freezer, you may need to grill it for a longer time.
