  • Ghee or Desi Ghee is a type of clarified butter commonly used in India and Pakistan (and maybe other South Asian countries). It is prepared by boiling butter and then removing the residue.

  • Tofu or Bean Curd is made by coagulating soy milk and pressing the resulting curd into soft white blocks. It is widely used in East-Asian and South-east Asian cuisines. It is a rich source of proteins.
